I, of course, have wayyyy too much of all this stuff. It was the same 29 bucks that they are selling only the ev2 for, as you noted. Like you, I have the e,, g and master buss, I believe.Anyway, I went into my waves account upgrade offers. I just have a quick listen to the new SSL also. If you already own some Waves plugins, always check the upgrade prices before buying any new plugins or bundle.Refius, With a 10% off coupon I got the bundle for $71. I basically did the same with the Platinum bundle recently, just buying it was $99 and my upgrade price was $79. So now I have 2 new plugins for $0.99 less than just buying one. But I could also upgrade to the full SSL 4000 bundle (which also includes this new plugin) for $29. Quite funny, because I already own some of the SSL channel strips, I could buy this for $29.99. Hundreds of presets by Grammy-winning producers & engineers – Jacquire King, Joe Barresi, Stuart White, Dave Pensado, Jack Joseph Puig, Tony _Maserati, Tom Lord-Alge, Lu Diaz, Rich Costey.

It emulates the mic pre / line _amp section of the original SSL console, allowing you to drive the signal with variable saturation. The new Mic Preamp section – again, this is new to SSL EV2 and was not available in the old Waves SSL E plugin.

You can now choose between two classic _SSL EQ types, the ‘O2’ Brown knob and the ‘242’ Black knob, for more versatile EQ flavors. The new Brown Knob – this is new to the SSL EV2, which was not available in the old Waves SSL E plugin. It is a completely new plugin, re-modeled from the ground up. This is not a simple revision of the old Waves SSL E channel. It uses new analog modeling technology to create a new level of analog richness and detail.

The Waves SSL EV2 Channel is a brand-new emulation of the classic SSL 4000E console channel strip, fully authorized by Solid State Logic.
